Hoodland Shuttle Co. is a locally owned transportation company based on Oregon’s iconic Mt. Hood. We provide reliable airport transfers, point-to-point car service, and guided wine, scenic, and adventure tours throughout the Mt. Hood region.

Our drivers are all local independent contractors with experience and knowledge driving in the Mt. Hood area in all conditions, including winter! When you book your ride, you can choose your driver or select the first available appointment for your ride! Be aware that each driver sets their own hours and routes, so not all drivers will be available for the same services! We aim to provide comfortable and clean vehicles; we make travel to and around the mountain seamless and enjoyable. Whether you’re visiting for business, leisure, or a special event, we’re here to connect you with Mt. Hood — safely, reliably, and with a local touch.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hoodland Shuttle Co., we’re committed to providing dependable service for your airport transfers, car service, and guided tours. We know plans can change, so we’ve designed a refund and cancellation policy that’s both fair to our guests and practical for managing our schedule.

If You Need to Cancel

  • 7 or more days before your ride or tour
    – Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee (waived if booked online) credit card processing fees apply.

  • 3 days before your ride or 9 days before your tour/ group event
    50% refund of the total fare.

  • Less than 24 hours before or no-show
    Non-refundable.

If We Need to Cancel

In rare cases, we may need to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unexpected events. If this happens:

  • You’ll receive a full refund, or

  • You may reschedule at no additional cost.
    Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to hold your reservation. Unless stated otherwise in writing, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel.

Unused Services

We cannot offer refunds for missed rides, late arrivals, or unused portions of a service once it has started.

Emergencies & Special Situations

Life happens—we understand. If last-minute changes are needed due to illness, flight disruption, or another urgent issue, please contact us directly. While our standard policy applies, we review each situation individually and may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
